Attorney Soldan’s extensive experience is comprised of his past years as an Associate, practicing criminal defense and civil litigation in a high-flying firm located in Warrenton,Virginia. Also, he had advanced training in traffic damage calculations, especially in relation to personal injuries, and in traffic defense making him knowledgeable in these fields. In addition to these are his years of participation in litigating in local courts.
A graduate of Lafayette College, Mr. Soldan pursued his present career and gained his J.D. in University of Georgia School of Law. He’s also notable as the co author of the book : Customizing Corporate Compliance to the Small Corporation.
Currently, he’s the serving incumbent President of the Fauquier Bar Association as well as an active member of the Virginia Bar Association. He’s also the Insurance Regulation vice chair in the American Bar Association.
